Over the last 21 years, Heidi has successfully performed all aspects of the revenue billing cycle for several independent physician practices by evaluating and improving their practice business operations.  Her focus is to equip each practice with the proper practice operations by concentrating on best practices in all aspects of the revenue cycle.  

Heidi specializes in identifying areas of loss and vulnerability, process improvement, developing policies and procedures tools, financial analysis, cash flow management, maximizing payor reimbursements, reviewing/negotiating payor contracts, analyzing workers compensation claims for proper reimbursement, as well as identifying and resolving claim denial trends.

Heidi will implement necessary efficiencies and improvements within a practice to save on overall operational costs, maximize reimbursement, reduce wasteful spending, avoid workflow duplications, and improve staff productivity.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Wellness with a minor in Business and Nutrition.  Heidi likes spending her free time with her husband and 3 children as well staying active by working out, golfing and coaching youth club volleyball.
