Abigail’s interest in operations comes through her ability to relate to the needs of the physicians and their staff. Her managerial and technical talents allow her to improve efficiency in the work environment and to facilitate the streamlining of the billing process. Her latest projects include operational and reimbursement system evaluations for multi-specialty practices. Through her personable approach, Abigail empowers individuals to take ownership in their work, thus benefiting the organization as a whole.
Abigail’s broad knowledge in finance has provided her with invaluable insight into the operations of practice management. Following her success as part of an investment consulting team with over two billion dollars in assets under management, she led one of world’s largest providers of human resources in recouping millions of dollars lost from her clients’ retirement plans. She is able to apply her personal experience of managing the daily operations of a financial firm to the daily operations of clinical groups. Abigail enables physicians to maximize both the generation of revenue and the increase of reimbursement.
Abigail has earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Butler University in Indianapolis. In addition, she was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemical Engineering with scholastic honors by Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and is licensed to practice as an engineer in the state of Indiana.
