Carol Anthony, Consultant
Carol Anthony is an organization development specialist with over 20 years consulting and training experience. Carol works with clients around organizational change initiatives, leadership development, and performance management systems. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and a M.S. in Organization Development from George Williams College.
Carol has extensive experience in providing training and education at the executive, middle, and supervisory levels of management, and specializes in leadership development, team building and meeting facilitation. She has worked in a variety of industries across the U.S., including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and high technology. Previous positions include serving as a Director/Instructor at the American Medical Association and as Director of Organization Development at Ingalls Hospital in Harvey, Illinois.
Carol has held an adjunct faculty position at Illinois Benedictine University where she taught Implementing Service Management, and she also has extensive experience in the design and implementation of change management initiatives.
Carol is a certified member of the distinguished International Association of Facilitators, and holds a number of other certifications including Myers-Briggs, NetSpeed Leadership, Situational Leadership, Delighting Customers, and Achieve-Global (Master Trainer). She was a member of an international team that facilitated a number of meetings in Sri Lanka as part of a grant co-sponsored by the U.S. State Department and Northern Illinois University.
