At conferences and conventions, she’s similarly effective in informing and instructing large audiences as she punctuates her presentations with humor and lessons learned from the front-line of delivery.
With over 20 published articles and numerous presentations to her credit, Jennifer is especially proud of the employee management model she designed called, Low Maintenance Management published in the Journal of Medical Practice Management.
Jennifer has held positions with KarenZupko & Associates, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Rush University Medical Center, The Studer Group, Louisiana State University Medical Center, and Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
