Leo Correa utilizes his varied healthcare experience and financial expertise to help practices develop tools to monitor and improve practice performance – from charge capture policies and procedures to overhead and expense allocation. He understands the daily operational issues facing physicians and their staff and the impact that people and business processes have on the bottom line.
Leo has over twelve years of healthcare experience serving in administrative positions in both hospital and academic physician practice settings. Using this experience and insight, he understands the importance of practices setting goals and developing and implementing strategic plans. He helps integrate these plans into operational and financial projections with the appropriate tools to monitor progress.
Leo has held positions at Rush University Medical Center, Robert H. Lurie Compehensive Cancer Center at Northwestern University, and The University of Chicago. He has a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
