The Illinois Medical Group Management Association (ILMGMA) is conducting a Medical Practice Employee Salary and Benefits Survey. This survey will be an exceptional tool for Practice Managers and Administrators to use in budgeting and managing your staff. The Salary Survey includes a helpful and unique feature: Summary information will be provided for the state and specific geographic locations. This survey will include all management, front office and back office staff salaries. It will not include physicians.
