Managing the Relationship with Your Boss
Course Overview
Managers can't be truly effective unless they are able to nimbly manage the relationship with their boss (or bosses) as well as they manage relationships with staff.
This workshop explores how an improved understanding of the boss-manager relationship can have big payoffs. You'll learn how to evaluate each other's strengths, weaknesses, work styles, communication preferences, and needs; then use the results to develop an action plan for improvement in your own practice. Also explored are the complexities of working for multiple "bosses" in group practices.
