If the practice saw the same number of patients, did the same number of treatments and procedures in 2011 as they did in 2010, the economic result will not be the same.  Why?

Gas prices are at an all time high; so are mortgage defaults.  Headlines scream that consumers (aka your patients) are borrowing from their 401ks to cover day to day expenses and that some are choosing to pay their credit card bills before their mortgages.

Doctors bills long rumored to be at the bottom of the heap, the last to be paid—are now not even on the table! 

You must rethink your long held assumptions, retool your systems and retrain your staff if you want 2012 revenue to be strong. 

This session will cover specific, tangible changes you can make in your practice immediately, to improve your point of service collections.  Playing catch up with the AR is another problem altogether!
