The Key to Improving Communication

Course Overview

Any seasoned Practice Manager will tell you, effective communication is the foundation for maintaining a productive and positive work environment. But differences in personal communication style can lead to difficult interactions or misunderstandings. This interesting and fun session will provide a deeper understanding of different styles of communication, and which approaches work best to ensure smooth interactions.

The D.i.S.C. Personal Profile is a well respected and accurate assessment instrument based on four primary communication styles that characterize the general population. This tool allows you to put on a new set of “lenses” to view people through, promoting a greater appreciation of the strengths and differences each style brings.

  • Understand that each style has strengths and weaknesses.
