Meet Your Instructors
Since 1978, one of Karen Zupko’s central focuses has been advising and educating plastic surgeons on practice management and marketing. In addition to being interviewed for and quoted in several plastic surgery journals and magazines, Karen is regularly invited to write for a number of publicationsincluding Plastic Surgery News.
Isabel Stoltzman came to KZA from more than 20 successful years in sales and marketing culminating in running her own firm, which now specializes in creatively assisting plastic surgery practices in communications and marketing. Isabel is also a regular contributor to New Beauty Magazine.
Both Karen and Isabel have been the featured speakers at regional and national meetings of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). This is the first year the two have taught the KZA workshop together. Earlier, they collaborated on “Handling Patient Objections”a CD and workbook set available through ASAPS.
KZA has become a name brand in plastic surgery over the years, combining a familiarity with the important issues facing plastic surgeons with a respect for the unique character and culture of individual practices.
“What Practices Need NOW!” continues KZA’s string of hit workshops in communication, practice marketing, patient satisfaction, personnel, and other essential topics.
