Glenn’s outside-the-box thinking and practical, action-oriented style inspires people to apply common sense and business rigor to improve profitability, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Glenn’s wisdom comes from decades of consulting, coaching, and training thousands of physicians, managers, and staff from coast to coast. Primarily an advisor to cosmetic medical specialists, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, and dermatology, Glenn’s expertise encompasses all areas of practice management, from marketing, financial management, and operational efficiency to leadership and governance, online reputation management, and social media strategy. In addition to working with practices on operational excellence, Glenn has helped top practices across the country recruit and retain top leadership talent.

Prior to joining KarenZupko & Associates in 2012, Glenn was a senior practice management consultant with Allergan based in Boston, where she engaged practices in the northeast for over ten years. Prior to that she spent six years in sales and management.

Glenn has a B.A. in Art History and French from the Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a board member of the Woodstock Historical Society, and has served on the board of Children’s Montessori School and First Congregational Church of Wenham. Glenn is an active member of High Horse Therapeutic Riding and program which serves wounded warriors as well as adults and children with physical challenges, and is and avid a patron of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Born a southerner, in Columbus, Georgia, Glenn has embraced New England and now divides her time between Boston and Woodstock, Vermont. Glenn is an adventurous outdoorswoman, tennis fanatic, animal lover, voracious reader, and avid Boston sport’s team fan. She is known for her full steam ahead approach to life.
