Isabel works closely with Karen Zupko and Associates as a trainer, writer, and consultant. Her portfolio includes work on branding materials, website content, patient case studies and practice correspondence. She has written for New Beauty magazine, The Plastic Surgery Channel, GLOW magazine, and has worked with physicians on a national basis with special emphasis on consumer education as it relates to plastic surgery.
Isabel has been a featured speaker at both national and regional meetings of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS.) She has spoken on marketing, keys to practice success, and the aesthetic surgery consultation at plastic surgery society meetings sponsored by KZA.
Isabel understands the importance of tracking and follow-up with potential patients and referral sources. Through patient coordinator evaluations and front desk staff training, patient flow management, consultation critiques and market analyses, Isabel helps plastic surgery practices target marketing initiatives, maximize profits, and turn aesthetic surgery consults into aesthetic surgery patients.
